EASYPAN gastronorm
Easypan modular boiling pans stand out for the quality of their materials and manufacturing: safe, long-lasting kettles for broths, soups, meat, sauces, fish and rice.
The gastronorm Easypan has a rectangular vessel that matches the GN kitchen standard, so cooking, portioning and storage stay within one standard size system.
Description
The Easypan family is available with direct and indirect heating, powered by gas, electricity or steam. It is suitable for boiling and blanching in large quantities; a gastronorm version is also available.
The standard 2" chrome-plated brass drain empties cooking water quickly (butterfly valve optional). Indirect models have a well-insulated double jacket, and on .IG and .IE models the jacket water level is monitored continuously.
A hot and cold mixing tap with swivel spout fills the vessel. Maximum temperature is 105 °C; jacket pressure in the indirect versions is 0.5 bar.

- Gas heating: High-efficiency stainless steel tubular burners, continuous spark ignition, pilot flame, thermocouple safety.
- Electric heating: INCOLOY-800 elements with thermostat and pressure switch.
- Steam heating: External steam into the jacket, throttle valve, 0.5 bar safety valve, vacuum relief valve, pressure gauge.
