MULTICOOKER 480
Multicooker is built for continuous water-based cooking of pasta, rice, meat and vegetables: timed basket immersion, automatic lifting and tilting, and an optional Cook & Chill cooling tank.
MULTICOOKER 480 has a total volume of 480 l: an industrial size – for high-volume central kitchens and food production.
Description
The Multicooker family consists of 18 models with one or two tanks, from 120 to 480 litres, all with independent baskets. Gas, electric and steam heating are available.
The baskets are made of AISI 316 steel perforated with 2 mm holes, suitable for both pasta and rice. They lift and tilt automatically (even with the lid closed), stop in the draining position and can be removed for cleaning.
A rapid-cooling tank can be connected: the Cook & Chill system preserves the quality of food prepared in advance – ideal for canteens and catering.

Equipment
- Lifting baskets: AISI 316 steel with 2 mm perforation; automatic lifting and tilting, draining position, removable.
- Level probes: Automatic water refill in the tank; heating stops if the water level is too low.
- FTC control: 20–110 °C, immersion time, basket movement; two digital displays for temperature and remaining time.
- Warning signal: A flashing light 60 seconds before the end of the cycle, then automatic lifting of the baskets and lid.
- Pull-out shower (optional): For rapid cooling of the product and easier tank washing.
- Drain: 2" chromed brass front drain with insulated handle.
- USB: HACCP data saving, software updates.
